“The individual who wants to reach the top in business must appreciate the might of the force of habit – and must understand that practices are what create habits. He must be quick to break those habits that can break him – and hasten to adopt those practices that will become the habits that help him achieve the success he desires”.
J. Paul Getty
What I suggest is to make a simple and very effective homework.
- Make list of ten negative habits that can break your chances to succeed.
- What one negative habit on this list would have the greatest negative impact on your chances to achieve the success you desire?
- Then make a list of ten potential new positive habits that could replace the negative habit you have selected. Once you have the list in front of you, choose the positive habit with the greatest positive impact and make immediately the commitment to replace the negative habit with the positive one.
Feel free to send me your homework and will be my pleasure to help you to find the best solution for you.
The journey to your success starts with simple actions like those suggested in the exercise above.

This is very true in that our habits can determine the direction in which we take our business. I have been coaching people for years and one this that determines their destination is their attitude.
